Complete Course Delivery
Deliver learning through a personalized environment, not just a browser
Rich, immersive, personalized experience
Deliver learning through a personalized environment, not just a browser. Learner engagement is a measure of how interested and involved learners are in the learning process. Engagement is enhanced when course content is rich, immersive, and appealing to the individual learning styles and needs of learners. All of the course content is delivered through either the GoCourse Player (software client) or the GoCourse Web Player (browser-based version), an immersive personalized learning environment.
The GoCourse Player delivers entire courses, not just an online syllabus with links to files. All online instruction, multimedia activities, lectures, discussion boards, and assessments are delivered through the GoCourse Player. The player delivers and plays nearly any file, including most video formats, PowerPoint™ presentations, audio files, text, and more. These multimedia activities are delivered within rich, interactive templates that propel learners through the course materials
Complex activities, such as a PowerPoint™ presentation that is synchronized with audio or video, can be created in GLS using a simple and integrated drag-and-drop authoring interface.
Any activity, assessment, assignment, or other course content delivered through the GoCourse Player is automatically tracked by the GoCourse Reporting Service.
Constant connectivity to the Internet isn't a barrier to participation
GoCourse is the only learning platform that natively supports both online and offline access to course materials, including assignments, multimedia, assessments, and even discussion boards. The gradebook is also available offline, allowing instructors to efficiently grade assignments when access to the Internet is unavailable.
Authoring and editing courses and course materials can also be done offline. Any activity completed offline is automatically synchronized to the server the next time the computer is connected to the Internet. This innovative hybrid approach makes GoCourse Learning System the only viable option for those looking for a truly distributed approach to course delivery.
Offline access reduces distribution costs for files that are in high demand and allows learners in rural or disadvantaged areas to participate when high-speed internet connections are not always available. The flexibility of offline access is especially helpful for learners who are traveling or living for extended periods of time where connectivity is unavailable.
With GoCourse Learning System, learning and instruction can both take place on-demand, anytime, anywhere.
