GoCourse Learning System excels when it comes to enrolling learners and administering courses online. If you have an existing Learner Information System (SIS), you can easily enroll learners to courses in GoCourse through simple integration with the enrollment Web Services. Other options include adding learners individually or importing a list of learners. And enrollment in a course doesn’t need to take place at a semester break. GoCourse fully supports courses that are open-entry and open-exit. Learners can be grouped by cohort (learners that started approximately the same time) or by ad hoc groups based on progress through the course. 

Once the learners are enrolled, course instructors and mentors have immediate access to all activity taking place within GoCourse Learning System. Is a learner struggling with a key concept? Is a learner falling behind the others in his cohort? Which learners have just enrolled into my course? Which assignments still need to be graded? GoCourse Learning System provides easy answers to all of these questions more efficiently than other systems. The GoCourse dashboard includes a list of recent activities that need your attention. If you don’t see something on the dashboard, the gradebook clearly shows which assignments and activities need to be graded.

New notifications and alerts provide a high-touch experience through automation. Learners and instructors receive automatic notifications if progress through the course isn’t taking place or if key concepts require remediation. Learners who need help with specific learning objectives can even receive tasks or assignments for remediation automatically. Now that’s efficient!
